On any given night 154,000 Veterans are homeless and perhaps twice as many experience homelessness at some point during the course of a year. The number of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans who are homeless or at risk of losing a roof over their heads has more than doubled in the past two years and will continue to do so, according to government data.

It goes without saying that after serving their country, our Veterans deserve better than to sleep on the streets...

CADENCE SQUARE is the response. Cadence Square is an 11 million dollar rehab and new construction project that has been in design and development for over 3 years and will provide a full continuum of housing and services for Veterans. Currently under construction and scheduled to open in November 2013, Cadence Square is located at 400 Fort Hill Avenue on the VA Medical Center Campus in Canandaigua in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. The Finger Lakes Addictions Counseling & Referral Agency, Inc. (FLACRA) is the lead agency for the project with decades of experience. All housing and services will be available to both male and female Veterans. We welcome you to learn more about Cadence Square and how you can be part of this vital project that will give back to those Veterans who have so selflessly given to all of us.
